This is an installment of a daily project I’m launching for the month of October. I’ll create work revolving around the theme of identity and regrowth and I’ll update my blog with behind the scenes content, process, and finished artwork. Click through to read more. Catch up on the ongoing narrative here.
I thought it would be fun to take a break on the blog from art and take you with me to the pumpkin patch! Here’s how I spent the first half of the day.
9:00am: Morning coffee. :)
10:00am: I took a detour to the art store before driving down to the pumpkin patch. I restocked on some much-needed art supplies.
1:00pm: We found a cute cafe in half-moon bay and walked up and down the city. They had the most adorable pumpkin decorations and treats.
2:00pm: We picked some strange pumpkins to bring home and I took a bunch of footage of the fog. It was gorgeous.
I’ll continue the rest of the day in a later post. :)
I drew Sally Skellington later on in the day. I can’t wait to edit the footage I took of the ocean. More to come.
